Are you a professional, proven, problem solver? Want to propel your career to the next stage by working on a profusion of blue-chip projects? If so, say hello to Procol!

Procol’s projection of continued growth

Procol was founded in 1995 and has grown to become a well-respected name in the design and delivery of professional technical and office environments. We’re trusted with often-complex and challenging projects, with clients knowing we get things done on time, on budget and on or beyond their brief.

While our headquarters are in Melksham, Wiltshire, and many of our clients are based along the M4 corridor, we are increasingly being sought to help with projects throughout the UK.

Our strategic development plan accounts for further growth in the years ahead. So, we want to find the right, additional people now to enable us to capitalise on the specific opportunities we are targeting as well as other interesting projects likely to come our way.

Could you be one of them?

Propel your career with Procol

We want to hear from you if you are a commercial M&E installation engineer. If you’ve experience in a non-commercial or slightly different sector but have the requisite skills and an appetite for change, it’s still worthwhile getting in touch with us.

Working with us will see you involved in a variety of highly engaging blue-chip projects. Your M&E skills, technical know-how and problem-solving abilities will all get game time. You’ll need to be happy to travel to site, and work away from home when projects take you further afield.

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that you’re great with people, and can work autonomously or as part of a team.

We are also seeking onsite supervisors with SSSTS and SMSTS certification. Again, experience of commercial environments is preferred, as is being happy to travel and work away from home as required.

We’re not the biggest company in our field, but we’re a touch more human than some. So you’ll find us to be generous and understanding employers. And you’ll find that your colleagues are great bunch of highly experienced folk who take immense pride in their work, and like to support and learn from each other.

Interested? Take the first step and email with an outline of who you are, what you’ve done and what makes you tick. Attach a CV if you like, but it’s not necessary in the first instance.  Unlike some, we promise we’ll get back to you whether you’re the right type of person for Procol or not.
