Description
Procol were tasked with the design and installation of three 500kW Airedale indirect free-cooling chillers, including pipework circuits and matching air-handling units to operate at elevated water temperatures for maximum efficiency. The chillers operate on independent chilled-water circuits to provide entire-circuit N+1 resilience to the facility.
The chillers and air-handling units feature UPS-backed supplies for pumps and fans to enable indirect free-cooling of the space to continue should there be an outage of the mains power.
This site is one of a number being designed and delivered to a major UK client by Procol.
