Invensys Rail asked us to create a modern, flexible, self contained facility to accommodate formal and informal training.
Replacement of the previously oversized and unreliable chillers associated with the installation of a new building management system, and maximising control of the existing internal air-handling equipment and pumps.
Recovery of a corroded and inefficient plate heat exchanger/dry cooler installation and replacement with a new Airedale free-cooling chiller.
Colas Rail asked use to undertake the space-planning, design and fit-out work necessary to convert an empty office space to include an open-plan area for 38 people, a 12-person meeting room, waiting area, coffee area/break-out space, print area and comms room.
Installation of a rooftop air-handling unit in central London. This was completed in three phases in order to address the various challenges presented by the height of the building and the unit's location.
