  • Provision of three new energy efficient down-flow Airedale close control units complete with EC fans and constant floor pressure control
  • Installation of Vesda early warning fire detection
  • Creation of new external site compound to house external plant
  • Installation of new T5 energy efficient luminaries, LED emergency exit lighting and EXOR ‘abscence’ light switching controls
